- Supporting the evaluation of commercial and procurement strategies, including common components and MEP procurement, to ensure value for money.
- Advising on funding models and high-level principles of implementation for procurement and architecture integration from a cost perspective.
- Providing cost and commercial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making regarding industrialisation initiatives.
- Providing cost advice to acquisitions teams to enable prioritisation of key products through optimised procurement strategies.
- Interfacing with pre-contract cost and commercial management and estimating teams to enable cross-collaboration with the Industrialisation team.
- Analysing supply chain costs, including logistics, manufacturing, and supplier relationships, to identify areas for efficiency gains.
You’ll need to have:

- Strong understanding of Industrialisation principles and related terms, including modern methods of construction (MMC), design for manufacture and assembly (DFMA), or offsite manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams and with supply chain partners.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience working on healthcare or hospital construction projects.
