Execution & Delivery
- Write crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering and design teams.
- Work with engineering leads to scope, plan, and ship features on time with high quality.
- Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management for your pod.
Data, Metrics & Growth
- Define and track key metrics, such as DAU/MAU, D1/D7/D30 retention, lessons completed, course completion rate, streaks, and free-to-paid conversion, and own the dashboards for them.
- Use data to drive product decisions, find growth levers, and change course when needed.
- Build a culture of experimentation by designing, launching, and analysing A/B tests.
Learning Experience & AI
- Work with the content team to shape bite-sized course formats that keep learners engaged and help them finish.
- Build personalisation and AI-powered features, such as smart course recommendations, AI tutors, adaptive learning paths, and quizzes.

- Communicate product plans, progress, and results clearly to leadership and partner teams.
- Be the voice of the learner in every decision.

- Experience writing PRDs and working in agile teams.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.

- A strong ownership mindset and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

- You can rally a team around a vision and also get into the details with engineers when needed.
- You move fast without breaking things, shipping in small steps and learning quickly.
- You are passionate about learning, content, and making education accessible to every Indian.
