· Develop local partner, subcontractor, and supplier relationships that strengthen local-content scoring.

· Track market intelligence: announced capacity, power allocations, licensing developments, competitor moves.

· Represent the company at KSA platforms such as LEAP and local industry forums.

· Keep CRM current and report the pipeline monthly.

· Support negotiations through award and coordinate registrations and compliance with Government Relations.

3- Key Performance Indicators

· KSA order intake vs target; qualified pipeline coverage of 4× or better.

· Prequalification and portal registration coverage at 100% for priority clients.

· Win rate of 25% or better; anchor KSA client secured within 12 months.

· Local partner network established for priority pursuit types.

· CRM accuracy and on-time reporting.

4- Qualifications & Certifications

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred; MBA an advantage.

· CDCP or equivalent preferred; Saudi national strongly preferred with Arabic fluency required.

5- Experience

· 10–15 years in BD for EPC, construction, or critical infrastructure, including 6+ years in data centers or digital infrastructure; KSA experience mandatory.

· Verifiable relationships across the Saudi DC and digital ecosystem.

· Experience with government procurement and sovereign-linked programs.

6- Competencies

· Trusted relationship builder in the Saudi business and government environment.

· Technically credible in DC conversations.

· Patient, persistent account development suited to sovereign timelines.

· Rigorous qualification discipline.

· Full compliance with anti-bribery and intermediary policies.
