WMS Super User - East (f/m)

DP World is looking for an experienced WMS Super Use r (f/m) to act as the key link between Operations and IT, ensuring warehouse management systems (WMS) are effectively implemented, optimized, and aligned with business needs across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary interface between Operations and IT for all WMS-related matters.
- Support the execution of DP World's global WMS strategy and warehouse system roadmap.
- Act as a subject matter expert for strategic WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP, Infor, Mantis, WiaB, CWMS).
- Support new business implementations, WMS migrations, and legacy system replacement projects.
- Analyze operational processes and recommend the most suitable WMS solutions and functionalities.
- Coordinate testing, system upgrades, releases, and patches.
- Provide first-line support for operational teams and resolve WMS-related issues.
- Work closely with Operations, IT, Solutions Design, Launch, Innovation, BI, and Business Development teams.
- Gather and communicate enhancement requests and best practices to the Global WMS Centre of Excellence.
- Support customer meetings, presentations, and solution discussions when required.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems and Contract Logistics.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS platforms.
- Proven experience in WMS implementations and system migrations.
- Understanding of warehouse processes, data flows, system logic, and operational reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process accuracy.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
- Comfortable working independently and across multicultural teams.
- Ability to train, coach, and support operational teams.
- Fluent English and German are required; additional languages, especially Dutch or French, are an advantage.
