What could you be working on:

- Supporting the day-to-day management of customer accounts
- Reviewing outstanding invoices and payments and identifying items that require follow-up
- Investigating payment differences, open items and account-related questions
- Communicating with customers and internal teams to resolve outstanding topics
- Working closely with different teams, including Finance, Sales and Customer Service
- Keeping financial and customer information accurate and up to date
- Working with Excel and financial systems to analyze data and track actions
- Supporting financial reporting and analysis
- Identifying recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes
- Gradually taking on more ownership and responsibility as you develop in the role

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

- MBO or HBO working and thinking level, preferably with a background in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- You are a recent graduate or have up to approximately 1 year of relevant working experience
- An interest in Finance and working with numbers and data
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Some experience with Excel, gained through your studies, an internship or previous work
- A hands-on mindset and eagerness to learn
- You enjoy working with different stakeholders and are comfortable communicating with customers
- Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and Professional proficiency in English
- Knowledge of French is a plus
