Part of The Bicester Collection, La Roca Village doesn't do ordinary. Set among tree-lined streets just 40 minutes from Barcelona, our open-air, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 150 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.
The Hospitality team is hiring a Concierge.
The role
The Concierge creates a warm, informed and effortless welcome that helps guests make the most of their Village visit. Through personalised guidance and accurate service delivery, the role strengthens guest satisfaction, repeat visitation and spend across The Bicester Collection.
Location: La Roca Village
What you'll be doing
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:
- Deliver a polished and personalised welcome that makes every guest feel recognised, informed and confident
- Ensure value-added guest services are delivered accurately, safely and consistently
- Capture guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly so learning translates into a better Village experience
What we're looking for

- Experience in concierge, hosting, luxury hospitality, premium retail or tourism environments
- Ability to anticipate needs and tailor recommendations with warmth and discretion
- Confidence in delivering bookings, premium services and controlled transactions accurately
- Fluent in English and the local language; additional languages are advantageous
