About this role

Interior Marketing Group (IMG) is a founder-led interior design and staging company serving luxury real estate and ultra high net worth clientele. Led by Cheryl Eisen, IMG partners with brokers, developers, buyers, and celebrities to bring properties to life through interior design and staging, coupled with integrated marketing campaigns of branded events, press, social media, editorial photography, and more. With teams across New York, Los Angeles, and Florida, IMG has built a reputation as the “billionaire whisperers”. IMG and its founder have built a strong presence in the media, appearing in top tier publications like Architectural Digest and Forbes, and on popular television shows on Netflix, Bravo, and NBC.

The Role

IMG is searching for a Director of Marketing to bring graphic design and social media under one leader and connect our creative output to measurable business results. Working directly with our Founder & CEO, you'll be a creative partner with a real eye for design: someone who can take bold creative ideas, sharpen them, and tie them back to customer acquisition, revenue, and pipeline targets.

You'll also modernize how the team works: building AI-enabled content and design workflows, partnering closely with PR, Sales, Staging, and Interior Design, and replacing a multi-round review process with a clear, fast edit and approval path. Success looks like a marketing function that ships more on-brand work, faster, with a clear line from every campaign to the business it generates.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

- Build and run an annual and quarterly marketing plan tied to company targets for new clients, revenue, and broker/developer pipeline, and report progress to the CEO and leadership

- Define the KPIs for social, design, and campaigns (reach and engagement, but also leads, inquiries, and sourced revenue) and use them to decide where time and budget go

- Serve as the business owner of IMG's HubSpot instance: lead capture forms and landing pages, contact segmentation, email campaigns and nurture workflows, lead scoring, and campaign attribution, so every inquiry is tracked from first touch to closed business

- Serve as the CEO's creative counterpart: translate creative direction into briefs, priorities, and campaigns, and bring data and a clear point of view when an idea should be adjusted, sequenced, or set aside

Team Leadership: Design & Social

- Manage, coach, and develop graphic design and social media staff, setting clear expectations, workloads, and growth paths.

- Own IMG's visual identity and voice across social, print, pitch decks, sales collateral, web, and event materials, keeping every touchpoint at a luxury standard

- Oversee the editorial calendar, high-volume daily posting, campaign launches, and community engagement, and step in hands-on to review, art direct, or edit when needed

AI & Workflow

- Design and roll out AI-enabled workflows for content and design (e.g., AI video from listing photography, AI-assisted copy and asset versioning, reporting automation) using tools such as Higgsfield AI, ChatGPT/Claude, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Streamline edit and feedback. Replace open-ended revision cycles with a defined brief, review, and approval process: clear owners, set review rounds, consolidated feedback, and turnaround standards that leadership and the team both follow.

- Put in place the project tracking, asset library, templates, and brand guidelines that let the team move quickly without losing quality, preferring tools IMG already uses.

Cross-Functional Partnership

- Partner with PR ensuring press, events, and social amplify each other, with shared calendars and consistent messaging

- Empower Sales and Business Development to build pitch materials, case studies, and campaigns that support broker and developer acquisition, and keep the HubSpot handoff between marketing and sales clean, so leads are routed quickly and the team can see which campaigns and assets help close business

- Collaborate with Staging, Interior Design, and Art to capture projects and turn them into content, and manage outside vendors (photographers, agencies, freelancers) and the marketing budget

Qualifications

- 8+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years leading creative and/or social media teams, in-house or at an agency

- A strong design or artistic eye, shown through a portfolio or campaign work you directed, with the ability to give specific, constructive creative feedback

- Track record of connecting marketing to business outcomes (leads, client acquisition, revenue) and reporting on it with tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights

- Hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub; Sales Hub/CRM a plus), including building workflows, email campaigns, lists, and dashboards, and reporting on campaign-to-revenue attribution

- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a marketing or creative workflow, and comfort leading a team through adopting new tools

- Demonstrated ability to build processes (briefs, approval workflows, calendars) that improve speed and consistency

- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; fluency with social media platforms and scheduling tools

- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to partner with a founder-CEO: offering a clear point of view while respecting creative direction

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and attend shoots, installs, and events as needed

Preferred

- Experience in luxury, real estate, interior design, hospitality, or high-end lifestyle brands

- Background as a designer, art director, or creative director before moving into marketing leadership

- Experience with AI video and image tools (e.g., Higgsfield AI, ElevenLabs), Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Buffer Pro

- Experience with B2B marketing to brokers, developers, or other referral partners

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field
