Project Coordinator
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 4 days on / 3 non-consecutive days off
Shifts Available: Day Shift (6:30 AM–6:30 PM) or Night Shift (6:30 PM–6:30 AM)
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Project Coordinator to support daily operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure productivity and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities and support operational goals.
- Lead and support team members to maintain productivity, quality, and performance standards.
- Monitor schedules, attendance, and workflow to ensure smooth operations.
- Use Microsoft Office to maintain reports, track data, and communicate updates.
- Perform hands-on work when needed to support daily operations.
- Travel to other operational sites and work additional days as required by customer demand.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of management or leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to perform physical, hands-on tasks as needed.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, additional days, and travel between sites as required.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
