Picker/Packer – Shipping and Warehouse Associate
Pay: $16.50–$16.75 per hour, depending on shift

Available Shifts and Pay
First Shift – Warehouse Picker/Packer
- Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Pay: $16.50 per hour
- Availability: Must be flexible and willing to work or be on call during weekends, as needed. This shift operates seven days a week.
Swing Shift – Warehouse Picker/Packer
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
- Pay: $16.75 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. This position involves picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and supporting daily shipping and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to maintain accuracy while meeting productivity expectations.
Candidates must have a valid Food Handler Card and wear approved safety footwear that meets the required ASTM safety and slip-resistance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately according to order sheets, pick lists, or inventory system instructions.
- Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipment.
- Assist with shipping responsibilities, including preparing shipping labels, verifying orders, and staging packages for shipment.
- Check products and quantities for accuracy and quality before packing.
- Organize, sort, and stage products in designated warehouse areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and warehouse safety procedures.
- Meet daily productivity and order accuracy expectations.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding order discrepancies or shipping issues.
- Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Food Handler Card.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow all food safety and workplace safety requirements.
- Ability to wear the required approved safety footwear throughout the shift.
- Availability to work the selected shift consistently.
