As part of the Hotel Spend Management team, you will lead strategic consulting engagements and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to develop and optimize complex global hotel programs through data-driven insights, innovative sourcing approaches, and ongoing performance management. Leveraging Advito’s proven methodologies and analytics, you will guide clients in enhancing program performance, identifying new savings opportunities, and maximizing the value of their hotel investments.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to lead multiple client engagements, stakeholders, and project teams simultaneously while balancing quality, timelines, and competing priorities. You should possess strong strategic consulting and project leadership skills, advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and the judgment to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies, maintain alignment with agreed scope and guide decisions that drive meaningful improvements for clients.

What You'll Do

- Lead the delivery of complex hotel spend management engagements, establishing project strategy, scope, timelines, and governance while ensuring high-quality outcomes

- Collect, analyze, and interpret travel and hotel program data using Advito proprietary and third-party tools to identify trends, savings opportunities, program risks, and operational efficiencies, translating findings into strategic client recommendations

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by presenting complex insights and challenging messages clearly, adapting your consulting approach to stakeholder needs and guiding decision-making and organizational change

- Use relevant project management, client relationship management, and analytical tools to maintain accurate project information, plans, and activities

- Lead project teams across internal and external stakeholders by clarifying roles, assigning, and tracking work, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of client-ready deliverables

- Develop reports, presentations and executive-level deliverables that communicate strategy, insights, and recommendations clearly while maintaining high standards for data accuracy, visual quality, and presentation readiness

- Support practice growth through process improvement, product enhancement, solution development, and collaboration on new or complex client opportunities

- Coach and mentor consultants and other team members, sharing subject-matter expertise, providing guidance, and helping strengthen overall team capability and consistency

What You'll Bring

- Significant experience in a client-facing consulting, customer success, on-property hotel operations or sales, hotel program management, travel supplier, or corporate travel role

- Experience leading complex projects or consulting engagements, including responsibility for project strategy, stakeholder management, team coordination, and executive-level deliverables

- Experience with hotel sourcing, hotel procurement, supplier negotiations, program optimization, travel program data, travel-industry pricing, or supplier discount programs

- Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously while delivering high-quality results

- Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills, with the confidence to present complex ideas, strategic recommendations, and challenging messages to stakeholders at all levels

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, translate insights into actionable recommendations and communicate findings effectively through Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse, cross-functional, and global teams

- Strong prioritization and boundary-setting skills, with the judgment to focus time on the highest-value work, manage competing demands and respectfully push back or reset expectations when requests fall outside agreed scope, timelines, or priorities

- A proactive, consultative approach with the ability to anticipate client needs, navigate ambiguity, influence decisions, and drive work forward with limited direction

- A collaborative leadership style and genuine interest in coaching others, improving team practices and contributing to the continued evolution of the Hotel Spend Management practice

- Experience developing and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior client stakeholders or executive audiences
