Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Carpenters for projects located in or around the Little Rock, AR . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $24-$32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

- Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, sketches, and project specifications

- Calculate dimensions and plan layouts for construction projects

- Measure, cut, shape, and install lumber, drywall, plastic, metal, and other materials

- Utilize tape measures, laser levels, hand tools, and power saws

- Construct structural frameworks, including walls, floor joists, roof trusses, staircases, and door frames

- Build and install concrete forms for various construction applications

- Install doors, window frames, trim, molding, cabinetry, countertops, and hardware

- Perform finish carpentry and detailed installation work

- Inspect damaged structures and perform repairs or replacements as needed

- Repair and replace framing, flooring, fixtures, and other carpentry components

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

- Previous carpentry experience

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

- Experience with framing, concrete forms, trim work, and cabinetry installation preferred

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
