## Group Summary:
Magna is more than one of the world’s largest suppliers in the automotive space. We are a mobility technology company built to innovate, with a global, entrepreneurial-minded team. With 65+ years of expertise, our ecosystem of interconnected products combined with our complete vehicle expertise uniquely positions us to advance mobility in an expanded transportation landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager, Transformation Capability & Community is responsible for operationalizing and scaling Magna’s transformation capability strategy across the enterprise.

As part of the Continuous Transformation team within Business Transformation, this role translates the established capability framework into structured learning journeys, certification programs, practical enablement content, and an active community of transformation practitioners across Functions, Groups, and Divisions.

A core responsibility is to ensure that capability building does not end with training or certification. The role will create the mechanisms, content, networks, and ongoing engagement needed for Transformation Experts and Champions to apply what they learn, share experiences, access relevant tools and knowledge, and continuously strengthen their capabilities over time.

The role also leads the execution and governance of participant Capstone Projects, ensuring learning is applied to real Magna business challenges and delivers measurable outcomes.

The strategic framework and direction are established by the Director, Continuous Transformation. This role owns the execution, operationalization, community engagement, and continuous evolution of the capability ecosystem.

At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success. That’s why we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We hire on the basis of experience and qualifications, and in consideration of job requirements, regardless of, in particular, color, ancestry, religion, gender, origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability or gender identity.
