About this role
We are looking for a talented Health, Safety, And Environmental Analyst to join our team specializing in Health and Safety for our Cummins Drivetrain and Braking System facility in Oshkosh, WI.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Support HSE Compliance : Help maintain compliance with environmental permits, safety requirements, and Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (HSEMS) standards across the site.
- Monitor Environmental Performance : Collect and track emissions, wastewater discharge, incident, and accident data to support environmental reporting and compliance efforts.
- Conduct Site Inspections: Perform routine visual inspections to identify potential environmental, health, and safety risks and support corrective actions.
- Support Waste Management Programs: Maintain waste accumulation areas, ensure proper waste container labeling, and assist with pollution prevention initiatives.
- Reduce Environmental and Safety Risks : Assist in implementing engineering and administrative controls that minimize environmental impacts and improve workplace safety.
- Track HSE Metrics : Collect and support reporting of key HSE performance indicators (KPIs) used at site, business unit, and corporate levels.
- Strengthen Regulatory Compliance : Support programs such as stormwater management, employee training, recordkeeping, reporting, and other regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement : Assist with internal and external HSE audits, resolve basic audit findings, and help maintain accurate HSEMS documentation.
Oshkosh is a Unionized site, experience with Union environments is helpful but not required.
