Job Title
Relationship Management Fellow I

About your role:

As a Relationship Management Fellow I, you own a portfolio of strategic, enterprise-level client relationships and serve as the primary point of accountability for revenue growth, retention, and satisfaction across the full Fiserv solutions portfolio. You work directly with C-suite and senior executives at client organizations, coordinate with internal Fiserv business units to structure large bundled technology deals, and take direction from Enterprise Relationship Managers on account strategy. The relationships you build and the account plans you execute directly shape how clients experience and expand their partnership with Fiserv.

What you'll do:

- Own a portfolio of strategic, pan-Fiserv client relationships at the C-suite level, serving as the primary point of accountability for revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction across all Fiserv solutions.
- Build and execute account plans that expand the Fiserv solution footprint within each assigned client, grow wallet share, and advance joint pipeline with internal Business Units.
- Structure and negotiate large bundled technology deals by coordinating across Fiserv Business Units, aligning solutions to client needs, and closing agreements that meet financial targets.
- Assess account health across your assigned portfolio within the first 90 days by establishing C-level relationships, identifying risks and opportunities, and documenting findings in a prioritized account review.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and client-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to anticipate changes in client needs and position Fiserv solutions proactively.
- Forecast pipeline and financial outcomes accurately, tracking progress against revenue targets, client retention metrics, Client Health Survey results, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) commitments.
- Translate complex, multi-solution Fiserv capabilities into clear business cases that resonate with senior client executives and drive purchase decisions.
- Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:

- 12+ years of experience in financial services or banking, including strategic account management and revenue growth for enterprise clients.
- 12+ years of experience structuring large bundled technology deals, managing profit and loss (P&L), and driving delivery, sales, and account management outcomes in a large matrixed technology product or services organization.
- Experience managing C-suite client relationships to develop strategic account plans and expand solution footprint.
- Experience structuring and negotiating large bundled technology deals to meet revenue targets and retain clients.
- Experience analyzing market trends and competitive dynamics to identify pipeline opportunities and forecast financial outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

- Experience in financial services or banking at a depth that includes regulatory, credit, or payments domain knowledge beyond general technology services.
- Experience with graduate-level business education applied to strategic planning, financial modeling, or executive communication in a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with enterprise account planning methodologies used in large matrixed technology or financial services organizations.
- Experience in a role that required learning and positioning a broad portfolio of integrated technology solutions to financial institution clients.
