Shift Available: Thursday and Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

- Deliver exceptional customer service.

- Conduct roving patrols to identify unauthorized access and suspicious activity.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for incidents and emergencies.

- Monitor property and address rule infractions.

- Observe and assess site activity while maintaining accurate reports.

- Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations.

- Prepare clear, detailed, and accurate incident reports.

- Enforce site policies, procedures, regulations, and security standards.

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

- At least 21 years of age or older

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Non-commissioned security license through the state of Texas required!

- Strong customer service skills

- Familiarity with report writing

- Monitoring and surveillance experience

- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks

- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:

- Bi-lingual considered a plus.

- Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required

- Experience working in Class A or high rise environment is a preferred.
