✅ 2nd Shift (Evenings)
✅ 3rd Shift (Nights)
What You'll Do
- Provide and oversee resident care in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and facility policies.
- Observe, assess, document, and report changes in resident condition.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff.
- Monitor infection prevention and safety practices.
- Assist with incident investigations and documentation.
- Ensure equipment, supplies, and resident care resources are available and utilized appropriately.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and team members.
Qualifications
Required
- Current Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Ability to effectively assess, communicate, document, and provide resident care.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Preferred
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, or senior living.
- Completion of Iowa's required supervisory course for nursing home facilities or willingness to obtain if applicable.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and assisting residents throughout the workday. Team members may be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, bodily fluids, varying temperatures, healthcare equipment, and other conditions commonly found in a healthcare environment.
