• Identify and recommend third-party suppliers capable of fulfilling RFI, RFP, and proposed solution requirements.

• Negotiate supplier pricing with SCM Category Management Teams to drive cost reductions and achieve a competitive price to win.

• Plan and coordinate procurement of materials, products/services, and equipment for assigned deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Partner with DXC Contract Services and Legal to facilitate NDAs, contract novations, flow-downs/ups, and other strategic agreements.

• Support sales governance deal reviews by ensuring supplier compliance, mitigating supplier risk, and securing optimal pricing and payment terms.

• Prepare and present procurement insights, cost analysis, and supplier recommendations using MS Excel and PowerPoint to support sales governance reviews.

• Plan and oversee third-party transition and transformation, including contract novation, flow-down negotiation, and identification of flow-ups.

• Maintain detailed records and reports to track supplier engagement, deal progress, and cost savings.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Typically 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in procurement and supply chain.

• Proven experience in supply chain management.

• Proficiencies in vendor management, cost control, and procurement strategies.

• A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology trends.

Other Qualifications :

• Strong understanding of RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs, with the ability to interpret supplier requirements and align procurement strategies accordingly.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, cost modeling using pre-defined templates) and PowerPoint (presentations, reports) to support sales governance reviews.

• Ability to work with category management to negotiate concessions to drive cost savings and optimize deal structures.

• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in procurement processes, contract negotiations, and supplier agreements.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple procurement initiatives, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain clear documentation of procurement activities.
