About this role

Procore Technologies is the leading technology partner for every stage of construction. We empower construction teams to drive efficiency and mitigate risk through actionable AI & data-driven insights. For over 20 years, we have been transforming the industry with purpose-built solutions for construction professionals and we’re looking for talented people to help us build together.

We are looking for a Principal Enablement & Adoption Manager, Enterprise AI to drive AI fluency and enablement across our global workforce. As the Principal Enablement & Adoption Manager, Enterprise AI on our Enterprise AI Center of Excellence team , you will work closely with cross-functional business leaders, Product Management, Talent, and Learning & Development to scale AI tools, foster adoption, and empower employees to maximize their impact. Your strengths in enterprise technology enablement, change management, and generative AI tool fluency will drive your success.

You will report to the Senior Director, Technology Transformation & Enterprise AI and will be based in Austin, Texas or remote within the United States .

AI is a company-wide priority at Procore. Our leaders are actively engaged, and teams across the business are eager to experiment. Procore exists to improve the lives of everyone in construction, and that starts with our own people: we want Procore to be a place where people do the best work of their careers. AI is a big part of how we'll get there, by putting better tools in everyone's hands, streamlining routine work, and freeing up time for more creative and strategic work.

To lead that change, we're building a new Enterprise AI Center of Excellence within Procore's Enterprise Technology & Business Platforms team. The team will set the direction for how Procore uses AI across the business, run the programs that bring it to life, and help every team get real value from it. It's a rare chance to build something from the ground up at a company that's serious about AI.

You'll own how 3,000+ Procore employees across our Go-to-Market and G&A teams learn to use AI well, across Claude, Gemini, and the enterprise AI tools we add next: designing persona-based enablement programs, building the champions network and knowledge base, and driving adoption so our AI investments turn into real results. You'll partner with the Principal Product Manager, who decides what we roll out and to whom, the Principal Architect, Enterprise AI, who shapes how tools are used, and the Staff TPMs, Enterprise AI, who lead major rollouts. You'll also work closely with Talent and Learning & Development, and with leaders and champions in every business unit. This role focuses on how business teams use AI. AI enablement for Procore's Product & Technology organization, including agentic software development, is led within P&T.

What You’ll Do

- Design persona-based enablement programs: Build training and learning paths by role, function, and access tier, from everyday users to advanced builders, across Claude, Google Workspace with Gemini, and other enterprise AI tools to drive organizational fluency.
- Build and own the AI knowledge base: Create a central home for enablement, such as a Confluence space, with how-to guides, prompt and use case libraries, FAQs, and training resources, keeping it current as tools change.
- Build and run the champions network: Lead a champion network across business units alongside the Enablement Guild as Procore's community of practice for AI so adoption spreads team by team.
- Drive adoption through rollouts: Plan training and comms for each rollout wave, in partnership with the Staff TPM leading the rollout.
- Own adoption comms: Communicate effectively with employees regarding tool availability, best practices, and upcoming roadmap items.
- Build demand: Run demos, business workshops, roadshows, and AI showcases that help leaders and teams see what's possible and accelerate business value.
- Stay ahead of what's next: Track new capabilities across Claude, Gemini, and other enterprise AI tools, updating training and guidance as features roll out.
- Measure fluency and impact: Track adoption and proficiency by team and persona with Analytics, addressing where teams face blockers to close capability gaps.
- Support everyday learning: Run office hours, support AI Slack channels, and guide employees toward the shared library of skills and Projects to promote reusability.

What You Bring

- 10+ years in enablement, learning and development, or change management, including leading adoption of a new technology or platform at enterprise scale.
- Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, and the ability to teach others to use them effectively.
- Demonstrated experience designing role-based learning programs and measuring business impact.
- Proven success building and leading global champion or ambassador networks.
- Experience building and maintaining self-service learning hubs or enterprise knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence).
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to execute adoption programs.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills to simplify complex technology for diverse audiences.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and construct structured programs where none exist.

Strong-fit Background Might Include

- Enterprise Technology Enablement Lead
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist / Lead
- Director or Principal of Learning & Development (Tech / SaaS)
- Enterprise AI Adoption Specialist / Digital Transformation Lead
