What Youll Do
- Master the Essentials: Perform precision oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs.
- Be the First Line of Defense: Conduct thorough digital vehicle inspections (checking belts, hoses, and batteries) to keep our customers safe on the road.
- Keep a Clean Pit: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bay so the whole shop can run smoothly and efficiently.
- Learn and Grow: Work directly alongside senior technicians to pick up advanced mechanical skills every single day.

- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in doing the job right the first time—making sure oil plugs are tight and fluids are perfectly topped off.
- A Reliable Team Player: You show up on time, communicate well with the pit crew, and are eager to learn from our master technicians.
- Licensed to Drive: You possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an Automotive Express Lube Technician
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
