About this role

Tired of Broken Promises? We Have the Volume, the Parts, and the Pay.

We are hiring a Flat Rate (Flag Rate) Automotive Technician who is ready to turn wrenches without the usual shop drama. If you are an efficient, skilled professional trapped in a shop with empty bays, slow parts counters, or a service writer team that messes up your tickets, its time for a change.

We don't expect you to stand around watching oil drain. We keep you moving, we keep your bays full, and we pay you what you're actually worth.

What Youll Do

- Own Your Bay: Execute bumper-to-bumper diagnostics, maintenance, and major repairs cleanly and precisely.

- Flag High-Volume Hours: Turn your experience into profit. Master repeat repair profiles to regularly beat standard flat-rate times.

- Utilize Digital Inspections: Document your findings accurately via digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) so our service advisors can secure fast, frictionless customer approvals.

- Keep Learning: Stay ahead of the curve with paid, hands-on manufacturing or specialty training.
