THE WORK
In this role, you're responsible for providing Tier I / II support for the integrated watchfloor capability within a 24×7×365 operational environment. Document all troubleshooting steps and resolution actions to populate and expand the knowledge base. Provide 24/7/365 coverage via rotating 12‑hour shifts (0500 and 1700 daily), aligning with 2‑week rotation schedules.
