About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader to take ownership of a growing dealership operation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and mentoring the sales team
- Driving new and used vehicle sales performance
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
- Monitoring KPIs and dealership profitability
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service
- Overseeing stock management and sales processes
- Working closely with dealership leadership to maximise opportunities

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader in the automotive industry
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional leadership and people development skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High levels of professionalism and customer focus
- A current and valid driver's licence
Experience with emerging automotive brands or electric vehicles will be highly regarded but is not essential.
