About the Role
As a Car Care Consultant, you will work closely with customers and the sales team to present vehicle protection products, accessories and aftermarket solutions that enhance the ownership experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Presenting vehicle protection and accessory packages to customers
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Building value around paint protection, ceramic coatings, window tint, interior protection and accessories
- Achieving sales targets and maximising opportunities
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions , rewarding high performance and customer-focused selling.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous automotive sales, aftermarket, F&I or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Confidence presenting products and benefits to customers
- Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Current driver's licence
