Job Responsibilities
* Conduct Revenue Assurance assessments for new products, services, system enhancements, and network changes prior to launch.
* Perform pre-launch testing and validation to ensure charging, billing, and provisioning accuracy, and coordinate with Settlement, Accounting, Monitoring, and Fraud teams to ensure reporting readiness and appropriate controls are in place before launch.
* Monitor testing progress, review findings, and ensure critical issues and control gaps are addressed before launch.
* Provide Revenue Assurance recommendations on launch readiness and drive continuous improvement of pre-launch processes.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Detail-oriented, with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies, potential issues and risks.
* Experience in telecommunications or product testing is preferred.
