About this role

As a Senior Pricing Analyst in the EMEA Used Cars team, you will own how Tesla prices the used Teslas we buy and sell across EMEA, and you will build the tools and AI-enabled automation that make it run.

Reporting directly to the EMEA Pricing & Business Development Manager, you will own the pricing and listing tool that sets the daily retail price of every used Tesla we list. You will be accountable for the outcome, not just the list price: the actual selling prices we achieve and the gross margin and gross profit they deliver. You will develop the analysis, models and tools that deliver the most effective and profitable pricing per market, from purchase price to final sale.

This is a hands-on role for an analyst who builds. You will take problems from first analysis to a working, automated solution in production, using modern AI (LLMs, agents, AI coding assistants) to move faster and automate processes end to end.

Selling price vs target, gross margin, accuracy, profitability, predictability, speed and automation will be your key KPIs, and you will constantly strive to improve them.

- Own the daily pricing and listing tool including logic, data inputs, monitoring, exception handling, and safe deployment to live listings
- Track and act on actual selling prices and gross margins by market model and acquisition channel
- Define, test and evolve pricing strategies and depreciation curves including new launches, promotions and inventory levers, such as cross-border moves
- Improve pricing accuracy using statistical and ML models by configuration condition mileage age and market trends, and run A/B tests to measure impact
- Build and deploy tools such as dashboards APIs and web apps used daily by pricing sales operations and acquisition teams across EMEA
- Automate manual processes such as registration paperwork auction dispatch and bulk uploads using AI including LLMs OCR and browser automation
- Analyze market competitiveness using internal and external data, and build market-data pipelines, including web scraping, to detect pricing inefficiencies

- Degree in a quantitative field such as CS Math Stats or Economics or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven experience in pricing revenue management data science or analytics
- Strong Python and SQL skills with experience shipping production-grade code and working with Git APIs and cloud platforms like AWS Docker and CI/CD
- Proven experience using AI to build or automate systems with real examples of shipped tools such as AI agents document parsing or LLM APIs
- Solid foundation in statistics modeling regression elasticity forecasting and P&L thinking, including unit economics and margin drivers
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with understanding of statistical significance and causal inference
- Excellent communication skills in English, and an ability to translate data into actionable business insights for technical and non-technical audiences
