Store Supervisor (Full-Time) Evenings
We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Evening Store Supervisor join our team at EUROSPAR Windmill Lane located at 20 Creighton St, Dublin Docklands, Dublin 2 . As a Store Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing the closing operations of the store and ensuring a smooth and efficient end-of-day process.
- Supervise evening shift operations and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Manage and motivate a team of store associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail, store, warehouse, or supervisory role is preferred

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility to work evening shifts and maintain high standards of health and safety
