This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

- Own the design, development, and deployment of integration and automation solutions using C#, .NET, and Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Azure Web Apps). Build custom automations and integrations using APIs, drawing on Power Platform and Blue Prism RPA as additional development tools where they fit the problem.

- Own outcomes, not just tasks. Lead the technical discovery process for ambiguous or loosely defined initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify risks, and define scalable solutions. Drive delivery from requirements through design, build, release, and support with minimal oversight.

- Use AI tooling fluently in your daily workflow (e.g. Github Copilot) to accelerate coding, debugging, and research, while applying sound engineering judgment to everything you ship. Use that same tooling to produce comprehensive technical documentation — integration diagrams, development and deployment guides — as a routine part of delivery rather than an afterthought.

- Translate business requirements into reliable working solutions, mapping source-system data into downstream workflows with duplicate prevention, robust error handling, and retry/idempotency. Challenge assumptions and propose alternative approaches when appropriate.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications such as CCH Axcess/XCM, Dynamics 365 CRM, Workday, ServiceNow, and others. Translate technical specifications into working models, providing regular insight to ensure alignment on objectives and timelines.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in security, scalability, and performance, including secure data handling and use of Git in Azure DevOps for versioning. Monitor solution health through alerts, centralized logs, and dashboard metrics, and improve existing solutions for long-term maintainability.

- Identify and resolve complex technical issues across our integrations and automations, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Provide ongoing support and maintenance, including post-go-live hypercare.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant/equivalent work experience

- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including demonstrated ownership of solutions from requirements through production

- Strong hands-on skills in the Microsoft stack: C# and .NET

- Minimum of 3 years of specific experience on systems integrations using APIs, webhooks, and data integration practices

- Minimum of 2 years of specific experience with Microsoft Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Azure Web Apps) performing noted responsibilities

- Demonstrated business process improvement and automation experience — taking a manual process and making it reliably automated

- Fluent, everyday use of AI tools in engineering work, balanced with the ability to communicate and write clearly in your own voice

- Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar platforms and SaaS tools
- Experience with Azure DevOps (Git, pipelines, work items) and CI/CD practices

- Working knowledge of PowerShell

- Exposure to Blue Prism RPA

- Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms such as CCH Axcess/XCM, Dynamics 365 CRM, Workday, Workato, or ServiceNow

- Familiarity with tax, accounting, or professional services workflows

- Azure certifications related to integration services

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards
- Other Benefits: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. employment benefits depending on the position.
