Sales Executive - Used Cars

Role Purpose

To achieve used car sales targets by promoting and selling pre-owned vehicles, building strong customer relationships, explaining vehicle features and financing options, and coordinating vehicle registration, insurance, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable used vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Assist the Head of Used Car Section in evaluating the value of used vehicles being considered for purchase.
- Explain and promote company services, including vehicle registration, insurance, and aftersales support.
- Promote in-house warranty programmes and explain their benefits to customers.
- Prepare and communicate vehicle prices, discounts, and financing options.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and ensure a smooth handover to customers.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall departmental performance.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to gather feedback and support customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate vehicle registration and insurance procedures with the Public Relations Officer.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales activity reports for the Head of Used Car Section.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Used Car Section.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in used car sales or the automotive industry.
- Experience in vehicle sales, customer relationship management, negotiations, and sales target achievement is preferred.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree.

Software & Computer Skills

- Computer literate, with the ability to maintain customer records, prepare sales reports, and use relevant sales systems.

Languages

- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
