We are looking for a bilingual Insurance Domain Specialist to work with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. The role involves supporting testing and issue resolution, communicating progress clearly, and following applicable design, coding, and delivery standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret insurance policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement insurance-related solutions.
- Support underwriting, claims processing, and policy administration activities.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide subject matter expertise on insurance products and processes.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for team members.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives.
### Requirements
The skills we are looking for:
- Mandatory skills: Insurance domain knowledge in Life, Health, and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
- Experience with policy administration.
- Bilingual Japanese language proficiency, with JLPT N1 or N2.
- Ability to work with business and technology stakeholders.
- Ability to support testing, issue resolution, and high-quality deliverables while following applicable design, coding, and delivery standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- LOMA certification is desirable.
