About this role
We are looking for a Business Consultant to support insurance-related projects, primarily in the life and non-life insurance sectors. The role involves supporting clients in project management, strategy development, and project execution planning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Account management.
- Project management, including schedule management, issue management, and risk management.
- Reporting to Steering Committees.
- Project strategy development.
- Execution planning, including PoC, requirements definition, testing, migration, and training.
- Liaising with clients and overseas offices.
### Requirements
The following skills and experience are required for this role:
- At least 1 year of experience in system-related projects, either in development or PMO.
- Experience preparing management-level reports and presentation materials.
- Experience communicating with overseas stakeholders in English.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency.
- For Manager level and above:
- Experience managing projects involving three or more team members.
- Experience launching or initiating projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- End-to-end experience in system development projects, from requirements definition through testing, migration, and production release.
- Project management experience in large-scale projects involving more than 50 stakeholders.
- Experience facilitating meetings and conducting workshops in English.
- Experience in insurance operations and/or insurance-related projects.
