About this role
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA / PGDM in HR, Administration, Operations Management or equivalent preferred.
10-15 years of experience in site administration, facilities management, employee welfare, vendor management, and infrastructure support.
Experience in large industrial, infrastructure, power, renewable energy, manufacturing, EPC, or project-based environments preferred.
