Fresh Pasta Chef / Pasta Maker

We are looking for a new team member to join our fresh pasta section at MANGIA .

MANGIA is well known for its delicious, house-made fresh pasta. With the busy festive season approaching, we are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef / Pasta Maker to join our team on a seasonal basis, from the 1st November until the end of December , with the possibility of extending the contract.

Your role will involve preparing pasta dough and a variety of fillings, rolling pasta, and shaping different pasta formats, ensuring the quality and consistency that our guests know and love.

Requirements

- Previous experience in fresh pasta making is preferred, but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of, or a genuine interest in, Italian cuisine and traditional pasta-making techniques.
- A strong sense of responsibility, attention to quality, and good hygiene practices.
- A reliable, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
