Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for competent, skilled, and reliable Loaders / Off loaders to work in Kenya on an as-needed basis. This role requires physical stamina and flexibility to support loading and offloading operations based on business requirements.
Job Purpose
To safely and efficiently load and offload goods, materials, and products, ensuring proper handling, accurate verification against dispatch documents, and adherence to workplace safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading & Offloading
- Load and offload goods, materials, and products safely and efficiently.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage, breakage, or loss during loading and offloading.
- Arrange goods properly within vehicles or storage areas to maximize space utilization and ensure load stability.
- Assist in securing cargo to prevent movement or damage during transportation.
- Verification & Documentation
- Verify quantities loaded and offloaded against delivery notes and dispatch documents.
- Report shortages, damages, discrepancies, or issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Obtain and submit acknowledgment documents where required .
- Workplace Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times .
- Follow safe lifting and manual handling procedures.
- Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately .
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and dispose of waste materials properly.
- Teamwork & Productivity
- Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities based on business needs.
- Maintain attendance records and report to management as required .
- Ensure total compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements
Qualification and Experience
Education
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent qualification.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Loader, Turnboy, Warehouse Assistant, or in logistics /distribution operations is an added advantage.
- Fresh candidates with the required competencies may be considered.

- Physically fit and able to handle lifting, standing for long hours, and other physical activity.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required .
