Join our Global Business Services organization and help deliver seamless, high-quality recruiting across multiple European markets. In this role, you will combine hands-on recruiting coordination with digital tools, automation and standardized processes to create an efficient experience for candidates, Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders. What you can expect:

Execute and coordinate recruiting processes across multiple European markets, ensuring efficient, digital and standardized process delivery.
Manage administrative and transactional recruiting activities, leveraging recruiting technologies, automation solutions and AI-enabled tools to support operational excellence.
Coordinate interviews and support communication between candidates, Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders through digital and technology-driven workflows.
Ensure high data quality, process compliance and adherence to defined recruiting standards, governance requirements and service level agreements.
Act as a reliable operational contact for recruiting-related inquiries and support the adoption of digital recruiting solutions and best practices.
Contribute to process standardization, automation initiatives and continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency, scalability and user experience.

Your profile:

2-4 years of professional experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Administration or a comparable operational HR environment.
Experience supporting recruitment processes in a structured, service-oriented and high-volume environment.
Previous experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS) environment or another highly process-driven organization is considered an advantage.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR systems, workflow solutions and digital recruiting technologies.
Strong affinity for digitalization, automation and AI-enabled tools, with the ability to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, high attention to detail and a commitment to quality, accuracy and process compliance.
