What You’ll Do

- Protect the community by monitoring for fire, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry
- Patrol regularly to keep residents, staff, visitors, and property safe
- Respond promptly to 911 calls and emergencies, direct emergency personnel, and help with crowd control as needed
- Keep accurate logs, incident reports, and security documentation
- Help with general maintenance as needed, including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and grounds upkeep

What You’ll Need

- Florida security license (required)
- 2 years of security, law enforcement, or military experience (required)
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record (required)
- CPR/AED certification within 6 months of hire (EMR preferred)
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must be at least 21 years old
