You will bring experience leading complex engagements and client relationships in a full-service digital setting.
You will help centralize analytics services across the Material network and advance our data and martech stack. We want someone analytical who keeps the focus on tangible results and helps clients make quantified decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead measurement strategy. Define KPI frameworks, baselines, reporting requirements, and measurement plans that connect marketing activity to outcomes across the customer journey. Agree on definitions for leads, qualified leads, conversions, customers, and revenue with client stakeholders.
- Connect campaign and lead data. Oversee the mapping of data to understand lead sources, funnel progression, conversion quality, and downstream value. Identify gaps in identifiers, campaign taxonomy, and lead management processes that limit measurement.
- Develop attribution and modeling approaches. Guide the design and evaluation of lead attribution, multi-touch attribution, audience segmentation, propensity models, and other analyses suited to each client’s data and decisions. Assess assumptions, data coverage, and limitations, and distinguish attributed outcomes from evidence of incremental impact.
- Direct reporting and business intelligence. Own the analytical quality of BI dashboards, recurring reports, and executive presentations. Ensure reporting explains what changed, why it matters, how confident the team is, and what action should follow.
- Build scalable report automation. Lead automated workflows for data collection, preparation, reporting, and quality checks, including Supermetrics connectors where appropriate. Set responsible-use standards for Claude and ChatGPT in analysis and drafting, with human review of all outputs for accuracy, confidentiality, and client relevance before delivery.
- Work with cloud data warehouses. Use SQL to explore, validate, and prepare marketing data in Snowflake, and review the logic behind reporting datasets. Work with data engineering to resolve pipeline, access, and reporting issues.
- Own data quality and governance. Investigate discrepancies across ad platforms, web analytics, CRM systems, and reports. Document metric definitions, attribution logic, data lineage, quality checks, and known limitations.
- Guide implementation and testing. Partner with Media, Technology, CRM, Creative, and client teams on tagging, data layers, campaign parameters, conversion feeds, and implementation QA. Design practical test and measurement plans for audiences, creative, site content, channels, and customer journeys.
- Lead client delivery and develop the team. Manage priorities across stakeholders and external partners, review analysts’ work, flag risks early, and present findings to technical and executive audiences. Stay current on industry practices, contribute reusable methods and point-of-view content, and train staff.
Qualifications

- Ability to self-organize and prioritize competing work for multiple stakeholders across geographies, within a cross-agency team and an evolving organization.
- Creative problem solver who can turn data and research into insights and relevant recommendations.
Preferred
- Experience with Supermetrics, Campaign Manager 360, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other media or web analytics platforms.
