Territory Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Wrth USA is looking for an enthusiastic Territory Sales Representative to maintain and grow a territory while also strengthening customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting individual and company sales targets. This is a hands-on, field-based role combining sales, account management, and physical inventory work. You will be expected to sell, build relationships, and physically manage product inside customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow nearly 100 active accounts

- Prospect and develop new business

- Stock, organize, and replenish inventory at customer sites

- Move, handle, and position equipment (ORSY systems, vending machines) as needed

- Travel across a large territory

- Handle customer concerns, follow-ups, and operational issues

- Work and engage with decision makers through cold calling and prospecting.

- Manage a territory by making daily visits (8-12) to dealerships, collisions, and automotive repair facilities.

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase revenue and market share within the assigned territory.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.

- Provide value added services such as ordering product, inventory management, and problem solving.

- Showcase the quality of WURTH products and services through presentations and demonstrations.

- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferred.

- Demonstrated professionalism and customer service experience.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to collaborate and maintain relationships with decision makers.

- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Valid drivers license.

Job Type : Full-time

Compensation:

- Total Target Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000

- Base Salary: ~$42,000 – $45,500

- Bonus Structure:

Begins at 90% target achievement

- Scales to 150%

- Based on sales + product mix

- Company Vehicle + Gas Card Provided

While the anticipated total compensation for this position begins at $65,000, actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, job-related skills, and other considerations.
