Background & Programme Context

The Commercial Digital Services Value Pool, within Haleon's Digital & Technology Function, represents a major enterprise-wide transformation effort aimed at unlocking more than £250m in commercial benefits over 3–5 years, enabled by over £100m in targeted digital investment.

Within the Commercial Excellence Portfolio, Haleon is investing in a number of strategic transformation programmes designed to drive sustainable growth, improve commercial effectiveness and enable data-driven decision making across global markets.

These programmes are transforming how Haleon engages customers, drives revenue growth, optimises commercial investments and leverages digital capabilities to create competitive advantage.

Key programmes within the Commercial Excellence Portfolio include:

Go To Market Transformation

A strategic multi-year programme focused on modernising how Haleon engages customers, pharmacies, healthcare professionals and retail partners through digitally enabled commercial capabilities. The programme encompasses strategic initiatives including Salesforce of the Future, Pharmacy Transformation, In-Store Execution and Next Best Action capabilities.

Net Revenue Management Transformation

A strategic multi-year transformation programme designed to modernise how Haleon manages pricing, promotions, trade investment, assortment decisions and revenue optimisation. Through advanced analytics, integrated commercial processes and modern digital platforms, the programme seeks to enable more informed decision making, improve profitability and accelerate sustainable revenue growth across global markets.

As consumer healthcare markets become increasingly complex and competitive, Haleon requires modern capabilities that enable commercial teams to optimise pricing strategies, improve promotional effectiveness and maximise the return on commercial investments. Success depends upon providing commercial teams with connected data, advanced analytics, predictive insights and scenario planning capabilities that support faster and better-informed decisions.

The Net Revenue Management Transformation Programme supports Haleon's ambition to strengthen commercial performance through enhanced revenue growth management capabilities, improved pricing and promotional management, and more effective trade investment decision making. By combining advanced analytics, modern NRM platforms and standardised business processes, the programme aims to drive incremental revenue, improve profitability and increase commercial agility across markets.

Together, these transformation programmes are enabling Haleon to build world-class commercial capabilities whilst delivering long-term business value and sustainable growth.
