You’ll work closely with segment leaders, technical product managers, sales, and the wider marketing team, and you’ll help the team bring in new leads through platform engagement and inbound requests. This is a hands-on role for an experienced marketer who works independently, uses data to make decisions, and wants a direct effect on pipeline growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and own a fully integrated marketing plan for assigned customer segments
- Evaluate and build customer and prospect databases using available tools and resources
- Match relevant business content to the marketing plan, working with internal stakeholders to fill gaps
- Contribute to the team’s goal of generating 100 leads per week
- Build and launch campaigns on schedule to meet monthly lead targets
- Run campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, digital and in-person events, and PR
- Work with Marketing Technology and Digital Production to deliver high-quality marketing assets on time
- Work with Business Development Representatives to make sure marketing leads get fast, high-quality follow-up
- Use a test-and-learn approach to keep improving campaign performance
- Deliver a weekly summary of marketing activity, including email, advertising, and social media performance
- Review weekly lead activity and follow up with sales on sales-ready leads that haven’t moved forward
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4–5 years of industry experience in B2B or segment marketing, with in-depth knowledge of integrated digital marketing
- Experience with Salesforce, including using it to manage prospect databases, track leads, and report on campaigns, plus familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Hands-on experience running multichannel campaigns across email, social, paid media, events, and PR
- A strong record of building marketing plans that deliver measurable lead generation results
- Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking, reporting on, and improving campaign performance
- Knowledge of marketing best practices, the competitive landscape, and what sets a company apart in its market
- Ability to solve complex problems creatively and use judgment based on analysis of multiple data sources
- Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex information clearly and building consensus
- Proven ability to work across functions with sales, product, and marketing teams
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal guidance
- Ability to lead projects and act as a resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues
- An interest in technology or the semiconductor industry is an asset
