Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through outbound calls, prospecting, lead follow-up, and referrals.
- Connect with potential customers, identify their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Prepare quotes, explain policy benefits, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through consistent communication, policy reviews, and follow-up.
- Manage an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools to track prospects, opportunities, and renewals.
- Work toward individual production goals while contributing to the agency's overall growth.
- Stay informed on insurance products, industry updates, and applicable compliance requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, sales coaching, and ongoing professional development.

What We're Looking For

- Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred (1+ year).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with prospective customers.
- Confidence making outbound calls, initiating conversations, and closing sales.
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to increase earning potential.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- A positive attitude, willingness to accept feedback, and eagerness to learn.

Compensation

Salary + Commission Range $55K – $75K • Offers Commission • Offers Bonus
