MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To deliver a centralised function that supports End and Business Users with the application / functions of SAP across various module s.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Provide support to end users
- Provide business support
- Provide SAP Functional Team Support
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Essential:
- Matric or equivelant
Desired:
- SAP Certified in one of the modules utilized in Mediclinic Southern Africa
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- 2-3 years working with SAP in business environment
Desired:
- 2-3 years supporting SAP; SAP Call Centre Support
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Experience in End User Support Environment
- Communication Skills - Verbal
- Communication Skills - Written
- Microsoft Office Suites (Excel; Word, PowerPoint)
