Technical Writer/Typist
Location: Dallas, TX (On-site) | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7 AM–4 PM
Pay: $52,000 – $54,000/year + performance bonuses

Key Skill: Microsoft Word Expert (Assessment required)
What You'll Do
Format & Edit: Prepare technical specifications, proposals, and RFQs in MS Word, maintaining strict document formatting and numbering standards.
Manage Files: Organize electronic spec files and assist with SpecLink and Bluebeam PDF document preparation (training provided).
Handle Contracts: Prepare standard AIA sub-consultant contracts with Senior Management and track client insurance/contract requirements.
Coordinate: Work directly with project teams to finalize and issue accurate document revisions on tight deadlines.
What We're Looking For
Word Expertise: Deep mastery of MS Word (styles, multilevel lists, section breaks, and formatting troubleshooting).
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional focus on spacing, consistency, and document standards.
Reliable & Organized: Ability to balance competing deadlines and keep files structured.
Nice to Have
Background with engineering specs, proposals, SpecLink, or Bluebeam software.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $26.00
