Pay: $19.00–$25.00 per hour
Paid Travel Time + Mileage Reimbursement

First Choice Home Health & Hospice is hiring a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one personal care to patients in their homes.

This is a great opportunity for a CNA looking for a consistent weekday morning schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and a supportive clinical team .

Qualifications

Required:

- Current active CNA certification

- Availability Monday–Friday beginning at 8:00 AM

- At least 18 years old

- Valid driver's license

- Reliable transportation

- Dependable and punctual

- Strong communication skills

- Comfortable providing personal care in patients' homes

What You'll Do

- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene

- Help with mobility and other activities of daily living

- Support patient comfort, dignity, safety, and independence

- Observe and report changes in patient condition

- Communicate with nurses, patients, families, and the care team

- Follow individualized plans of care

- Complete accurate and timely documentation

Schedule

Part-Time | Approximately 15–20 hours per week
Monday–Friday mornings

Because this position supports patients with scheduled morning care needs, consistent weekday morning availability is essential .

Work Setting

Patient homes and residential care settings within the assigned service area.
