What You’ll Do:

- Learn from the best —train hands-on with our experienced managers to prepare for your leadership role

- Be the face of Waves —greet customers with enthusiasm and ensure every visit leaves them smiling

- Keep us running smoothly —oversee inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, and minor repairs

- Drive growth —help us expand and build strong customer loyalty

- Take charge —open and close the wash, operate equipment, and ensure smooth daily operations

- Keep it clean & safe —maintain our tunnel, vacuum areas, and equipment (we’ll train you!)

- Work with tech —use our Point of Sale system to process transactions quickly and accurately

- Pitch in as a team player —help wherever needed to keep our customers happy

What We’re Looking For:

- Willingness to work weekends (rotating schedule)
