What You'll Be Doing

- Develop Your Leadership Skills: Support the Site Manager, help lead the team, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Create welcoming customer experiences and help resolve concerns professionally.
- Learn Daily Operations: Assist with inventory, equipment maintenance, opening and closing procedures, and overall site operations.
- Drive Membership Sales: Promote our Wash Club memberships, engage customers, communicate membership value, and help the team achieve sales goals.
- Support Team Development: Lead by example, encourage accountability, and help team members improve their performance.
- Maintain Site Standards: Follow company policies and help ensure the facility remains clean, safe, organized, and operating efficiently.

- A flexible schedule, including availability to work some weekends.
- Willingness to travel between any of our five Upstate South Carolina locations .
