What You'll Do:
As a key member of our field team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our commercial client facilities. Your daily tasks will include:
- Sanitization: Thoroughly disinfecting high-touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches, elevator buttons, and shared office desks.
- Floor Care: Vacuuming carpeted hallways and offices, sweeping and mopping hard surface floors, and spot-cleaning entryways to ensure a welcoming first impression.
- Restroom Maintenance: Deeply cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, fixtures, and mirrors while restocking essential paper products and soaps.
- Waste Management: Safely collecting and disposing of trash and recycling materials throughout the facility.
- Site Security & Safety: Adhering strictly to client safety protocols, ensuring doors remain secure, and keeping your cleaning equipment organized and well-maintained.
What We Look For:
- Strong Work Ethic & Accountability: You show up on time, take ownership of your tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
- Experience is Welcome, But Not Required: While previous commercial or residential cleaning experience is a plus, we will train the right candidate! Your attitude and reliability matter most to us.
- Independent & Team-Oriented: The ability to work efficiently and autonomously on your own routes, as well as collaborate effectively with team members when needed.
- Physical Stamina: The capability to perform routine cleaning duties, which involve reaching, bending, stretching, standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs, and operating light cleaning equipment.
