Position Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Commercial Cleaning Associate to join our night-shift operations in the Bad Axe area. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine cleaning and custodial care across various commercial facilities. Your daily efforts will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our client's staff, visitors, and customers alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Surface Cleaning & Sanitization: Thoroughly dust, wipe down, and sanitize office desks, conference tables, counters, door handles, and common touchpoints.
- Floor Care: Expertly sweep, mop, and vacuum carpeted and hard-surface flooring across office spaces, hallways, breakrooms, and lobbies.
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms with necessary soap, paper products, and sanitary supplies.
- Waste Management: Empty waste receptacles, replace trash liners, and safely haul refuse to designated exterior dumpster areas.
- Facility Security: Strictly follow client security protocols to lock exterior doors, arm alarm systems, and ensure the facility is completely secure at the end of every shift.
