Our Engineering Rotational Program is a two-year, full-time opportunity designed for recent Mechanical and Petroleum Engineering graduates who are ready to turn classroom knowledge into real-world experience.

Through three rotations, you'll gain hands-on experience across different parts of our business, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop a deeper understanding of how Flowco supports customers throughout the life of the well.

As part of Flowco University, the program combines meaningful work, technical development, mentorship, and opportunities to explore potential career paths while building a strong foundation for your future.

What You'll Experience

Your Rotational Journey

Your two-year experience will include three rotations designed to build technical depth and broaden your understanding of our business.

- Build Your Foundation: Engineering, product development, manufacturing, and technical fundamentals.

- Experience the Field: Field operations, applications engineering, customer solutions, and production optimization.

- Broaden Your Perspective: Explore specialized engineering, commercial, operational, or technical opportunities based on business needs and career interests.

Rotations may take place at different Flowco locations, providing opportunities to experience our operations, technologies, and people firsthand. Assignments and locations will be determined based on business needs, participant interests, and development goals.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

- Recent graduate or graduating senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university.

- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

- Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and work across teams.

- Interest in the energy industry and understanding how engineering solutions create value for customers.

- Willingness to work in field, manufacturing, and operational environments.

- Flexibility to travel or relocate for rotational assignments.
