IPS Field Service Technician - Midland, TX

Responsibilities:
- Assist Field Operator in yard and in the field with equipment
- Assist Operator with job tasks depending on install/pull procedures
- Properly execute all procedures laid out by companies and Employer
- Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance on equipment
- Follow Flowco or customers safety standards
- Ability to drive company vehicle if required
- Assist Operator with cleanliness of truck and unit
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Should be able to identify and describe the use of all tube-to-tube and tube to pipe component
- Must be able to maintain shop operations and equipment.
- Identify, evaluate, install, and repair related equipment in shop or field.
- Accurately complete all job documentation as required.
- Work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
- Grasp basic mechanical and engineering concepts.
- Work with diverse customer teams composed of members from different companies and with varying technical backgrounds.
Requirements:
- Successfully pass a drug test
- Provide U.S. work authorization
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Should be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Should be able to learn new procedures and technical processes
- Work in extreme temperatures or adverse weather conditions
Position Details
- Full-Time, Non-Supervisory Role
- Work Schedule: 40+ hours and on-call
Education
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Experience preferred, not required
- Valid Driver License required
