The City of Nacogdoches is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Part-Time Museum Assistant to support our Historic Sites division.
What you'll do:
- Lead tours for visitors at four (4) historic sites during hours of operation that include Saturdays.
- Assist with research, planning and evaluation of department programs.
- Perform general office duties and participate in site maintenance (including gardening).
What you'll need:
High School diploma or GED required (college coursework in History, Intrepretation or Education preferred).
Proficiency in Google Workspace and computer data entry.
Valid driver's license.
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
